On February 9, 2026, an amount of $11 was charged from my VakıfBank debit card by a company called Netshort, with the description “subscription fee.” This charge was made without my knowledge or approval.
I did not sign up for any membership, subscription, or payment authorization with this company. Therefore, this transaction was completely unauthorized.
I request that the amount withdrawn without my permission be refunded to me. I also ask that the matter be properly investigated and that the $11 be returned to my account as soon as possible.
