29Although I canceled the Netshort “Popular Dramas” subscription through the Apple Store about two months ago, my Türk Telekom line in Bitlis was still charged a total of ₺2,000 across my May and June bills. In the Apple Store, the subscription status clearly shows as “expired,” yet the charges continued. I contacted both Netshort and Apple customer support, but each side shifted responsibility to the other, and no resolution was provided. Since I canceled on time, these deductions are unjustified. I request the immediate refund of the wrongly charged ₺2,000 and a prompt resolution to prevent further unauthorized charges.
