On January 19, 2026 at 11:11 PM, an unauthorized transaction of $11 was made from my Akbank debit card through a website called netshort Pop, even though I do not have any membership or account on this site and did not approve any payment.
I did not create an account or give any payment authorization, yet money was still withdrawn from my account, which has caused significant inconvenience. I also noticed that although I was physically located in Muğla Menteşe, the transaction appears to have been processed through an international system.
I contacted netshort to dispute the charge, but I did not receive any positive response. I have transaction receipts and screenshots available and can provide them if requested.
I request that the $11 withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or authorization be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that I receive a written explanation of how this unauthorized transaction occurred.
