I Cancelled Netshort Subscription but Charges Continue

Even though I canceled my weekly subscription to the Netshort app, charges are still being deducted from my account. So far, I have been charged three times, and I want this issue to be resolved immediately.
The subscription is registered under my phone number 0545xxx4631, and I request that it be completely and permanently canceled as soon as possible. I also demand that these unauthorized charges stop immediately and that the necessary checks be conducted, with clear information provided to me.
