Netflix Blocks Old Model TVs

I signed up for Netflix on April 25, 2024, to watch shows and movies at home. However, on May 2, I encountered an error message informing me that devices from 2013 are no longer compatible. I reached out to support in order to address the problem, and they recommended buying a new device to keep enjoying your viewing experience. After I asked for a refund, I was told that it wouldn't be processed. They suggested downloading the app on my phone to watch, which seems like an unfair way to make money. If you are unable to offer the service, I think it would be appropriate to request a refund for the fee I paid for a service that was not provided.
