My Netflix App Won't Work on My TV
Since joining Netflix in 2019, I've been bombarded with warnings that my television is outdated. According to a Netflix customer service representative, I need to buy a new model TV compatible with their update to continue using the Netflix app on my TV screen. What nonsense! Why am I being forced into this when my subscription is active, payments are regular, and I'm satisfied? I'm disappointed in Netflix. I'm happy with my TV and don't want to change or upgrade it. Netflix needs to either develop software compatible with older working TV models or provide supportive devices. I expect an urgent solution from Netflix.
