Unable to Watch Netflix on My Arçelik TV Despite Active Subscription
I haven’t been able to watch Netflix on my Arçelik TV since November 11, 2024, even though my subscription is active and paid. Before this date, the app was working perfectly, but now it refuses to open. This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering that I’m paying for a service I cannot access on a TV that should support it.
The suggestion that I need to purchase a new TV to resolve this issue is absurd and unacceptable. I demand a prompt solution to this problem. Arçelik must ensure that their televisions remain compatible with essential apps like Netflix, as this directly impacts user experience and satisfaction.
