Bet and You SMS Code Not Received for Neteller Withdrawal

I have a problem with Bet and You regarding the withdrawal of my funds to my Neteller account. I have been trying to withdraw 60 EUR for about one month, but I am unable to complete the process because I am not receiving the required SMS code. I am accessing the service from Slovenia. During this period I have contacted Bet and You support several times, both via live chat and by email. Instead of solving the SMS code issue, they keep asking me for new documents. I have already sent them all the requested documents several times, including what they asked for in the last reply: screenshots and even a picture showing which mobile operator I use, with my name and surname visible. Despite sending everything they requested, they continue to delay and the SMS code still does not arrive, so I cannot withdraw my 60 EUR. I request that Bet and You immediately resolve the problem with the SMS code and allow me to withdraw my funds to my Neteller account without any further unnecessary document requests or delays. I expect a clear explanation of why the SMS code is not being sent and a quick completion of my withdrawal.
