Withdrawal Requests Stuck Pending While App Demands Extra Deposit

On 26/05/2026 at 4:29:25 I made my first withdrawal request of 5,000, followed by several more withdrawals of 1,000, 200, 700, 120 and 500 to my bank accounts and UPI ID. All of these withdrawals have been in pending status for four days and none of the amounts has been credited to my State Bank of India account, Airtel Payments Bank account, or my UPI, even though I added all of these bank details correctly. When I contacted customer support about the pending withdrawals, they replied that a deposit of 6,900 is compulsory for the first withdrawal. I find this condition unfair and unacceptable because this requirement was not fulfilled by processing my existing withdrawal requests, and I am being asked to deposit more money while my previous funds are already stuck in pending status. My clear expectation is that all of my pending withdrawals be processed immediately and paid out in full to my bank accounts or UPI, without asking me for any additional deposits or conditions, and that my money not be sent back to the in‑app wallet but directly to my bank/UPI as requested.
