Neteller Account Permanently Closed, Can't Access The Account Balance

I have been using a Neteller e‑wallet account registered in Bangladesh mainly for deposits and withdrawals to and from Bet365. In June 2021, Neteller suddenly and permanently closed my account without any explanation. From that date I have not been able to log in or access my funds. At the time of closure my balance was over 7,000 USD. Since then, Neteller has been deducting administration fees from my closed account and my current remaining balance is 5,456.90 USD, which I still cannot use or withdraw. I have contacted Neteller support many times by email at [email protected], but I have not received clear or helpful assistance. They have never given me a specific reason for the permanent closure of my account, and they have not provided any solution for returning my remaining balance.
