Nestlé Nesquik Milk Tastes Severely Bitter and Spoiled Before Expiration Date
About a week ago, I purchased Nestlé Nesquik milk from Kule Market in Aksaray and kept it refrigerated the entire time. This morning, I opened the carton for the first time before giving it to my child. My child drinks only this brand, but after taking the very first sip, they spat it out and threw the carton. When I tasted it myself, I noticed the milk had an extremely bitter, spoiled flavor.
The expiration date printed on the package is December 29, 2026, so it is not expired. Despite this, the taste was completely abnormal, bitter, and entirely undrinkable. I suspect a high likelihood that the batch coincided with machine downtime or a CIP (Clean-In-Place) cleaning cycle during production. Encountering such an issue in a product we trustingly buy for our children has severely shaken my confidence.
I request that the defective batch be identified, a full investigation be conducted, and a product replacement alongside a refund be provided to me. Additionally, I ask that production and quality control processes be reviewed to prevent a similar issue from happening again.
