Nestlé 1927 Chocolate Bar Shows Severe Discoloration Before Expiration Date

About two days ago, I purchased a Nestlé 1927 Extra Milk Chocolate bar—a brand I have loved and trusted for years—from a grocery store in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul. Upon opening the package, I noticed the chocolate was completely covered in a white film and looked stale. Even though the product had not reached its expiration date, finding it in this condition raised health concerns and severely shook my trust in the Nestlé brand.

Even with my receipt in hand, I never expected to encounter such an issue. Coming across a defective product from a brand I have chosen for years was deeply disappointing.

I request that Nestlé conduct a thorough investigation regarding this product, inspect its production and storage conditions, and reach out to me to resolve my grievance.
