Nestlé Mini Chocolate Contains Worms: Food Safety Complaint

Today, when I opened the package of a Nestlé Damak Mini 33 g chocolate that I had bought a few weeks ago, I saw that there were small worms inside the product. Realizing that a packaged chocolate contained worms was both disturbing and worrying in terms of hygiene and food safety. I do not remember exactly from which store I purchased this product, but since it is a closed and branded product, I expect an explanation on how such a situation can occur, as well as information about the supply, storage and control processes of this batch. I request that the necessary investigations be carried out regarding this product, that I be informed in detail about the cause of the problem and the measures taken, and that my victimization be addressed in an appropriate manner.
