Worm Found Inside N&D Tropical Cat Food After Purchase

I have been using and trusting N&D Tropical 1 kg cat food for a long time, and I purchased a bag on October 3. While pouring the food into my cat’s bowl, I happened to inspect one of the pieces and discovered a worm inside the food. Finding something like this inside the product is extremely concerning and unacceptable to me from both a hygiene and product safety standpoint.

My cat has been experiencing recurring parasite problems for approximately one year, and I am now seriously questioning whether the food we have been using could be related to this issue. Encountering a problem like this in a product from a brand I have trusted and purchased with confidence has caused significant concern regarding both my cat’s health and my trust in the brand. I request that this incident be investigated seriously, that the necessary quality and safety checks be conducted, and that the affected batch be withdrawn from the market if necessary. I also expect a clear and satisfactory response addressing my concerns about my cat’s health. In addition, I request a solution regarding the return or replacement of the defective product and appropriate resolution of the inconvenience and harm I have experienced.
