Nestlé Chocolates Feature White Film and Fingerprint Marks Inside Packaging
On July 17, I purchased Nestlé Madlen chocolates from Migros. When I opened the product, I noticed white discoloration and fingerprint-like marks on the chocolates. This appearance deeply bothered me from a hygiene standpoint, and coming across such a sight in a product from such a well-known brand severely shook my trust.
I reported the situation to Nestlé via email. They requested photos of the product; I forgot to send them on the first day, so they called again to request the photos. After their second call, I sent the requested images. They told me that the serial number on the package and the products from that lot would be inspected, after which they would contact me. However, I have not received any follow-up since then.
Due to the hygiene issue I experienced and the unfulfilled promise of a follow-up, I expect a clear explanation and an official apology from Nestlé regarding this matter. Additionally, I request that the necessary investigations into their production and quality control processes be conducted to prevent a recurrence, and that I be updated on the results.
