Nespresso Atelier Coffee Machine Failed For The 3rd Time

I've been using my Nespresso Atelier. This model's problems are my third. The second time, Nespresso replaced my broken machine with a new one, which also broke. I've had trouble with plant-based milk compatibility. I need a plant-milk coffee machine as a responsible consumer. Nespresso offered me a Latissima Gran, which doesn't meet my needs. Their inconsistency in client needs is disappointing. Their customer service is appalling,  Nespresso's representatives are unprofessional. Their unwillingness to resolve my issues reflects poorly on the firm, it's so obvious I mean, they really not try helping, even a bit... As a devoted client, I wanted a good coffee machine that works with plant-based milk. Nespresso's 15,000 TL pricing is excessive. Please fix this.
