I was unknowingly subscribed to a service called “Nebula nc,” which appears to provide horoscope-related content, without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve any subscription, nor did I start one via SMS or any other method. I only became aware of the charges after reviewing my bank account.
Beginning on December 5, my account was charged twice, each time for $60, for a total of $120. The transactions appear to be linked to the phone number 543 *** 84 55, which is registered under my brother’s name but used by me. However, the payments were deducted directly from my bank account. Since I do not recognize Nebula nc and believe it to be a foreign company, I have not yet contacted the company or my mobile operator.
I request that this unauthorized subscription be immediately canceled and that all amounts charged to my account be fully refunded. I also ask for a written explanation detailing how and under what authorization this subscription was initiated.
