DHL Delayed My Package Past the Estimated Delivery Date

Although the estimated delivery date for my package being shipped by DHL was Friday, it still has not been delivered. My package arrived at the distribution center in Giresun on Friday and, as would normally be expected with other shipping companies, should have gone out for delivery promptly. However, it was not dispatched for delivery until 10:00 AM on Monday, and even though it is now 4:00 PM, it still has not been delivered.

I have been inconvenienced because such a straightforward delivery has been delayed for several days and still has not been completed. I request an explanation as to why my package could not be delivered on time and want my shipment to be delivered to me as soon as possible.

I request that the delay I have experienced be resolved and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent similar issues from happening again.
