DHL Marked My Package Delivered but I Never Received It

I received a “delivered” notification for my DHL package that I was expecting in Ankara, with tracking number 5323******85, even though the package was never actually delivered to me. The SMS states that the sender was Ö**** Ö***** and that the shipment associated with order number tx7553121001040 was delivered, but I did not receive any package or sign for anything.

On the delivery day, the courier called me and asked for the delivery/verification code I had received by SMS. I provided the code to him over the phone. The courier told me that he had left the package at my door, but I did not find any package at my door or anywhere in the building that day or afterward. In reality, no delivery was made.

Since the shipment appears as delivered in DHL's system even though I never physically received it, I first request that DHL investigate who the package was delivered to and where it was left. If a delivery record or information about the person who supposedly received the package exists, I request that it be provided to me in writing. I also request that my package be delivered to me complete and intact as soon as possible.

Otherwise, I am considering filing the necessary official complaints with both the seller and DHL and exercising my rights to have the inconvenience I have experienced properly resolved. I kindly request that this matter be resolved urgently.
