Nautica Shirt Pilled & Had Stitching Issues After 2 Wears

I purchased a Nautica shirt, expecting quality and durability, but after wearing it just twice, it started pilling and showing stitching defects. The brand claims their products are "comfortable and durable," but this one is anything but.

When I requested a refund or exchange, they blamed me, saying it was "user error." That’s unacceptable! After looking into it further, I realized this is a common issue with brands produced by Eren Perakende. These companies charge high prices for so-called premium quality, yet their products fall apart in days, and they refuse to take responsibility.

If Nautica values its customers, they need to improve quality control and stand by their products.
