Nautica Rain Jacket Leaked Despite Being Advertised as Waterproof

I purchased a Nautica J37560T.40P rain jacket through Hepsiburada last month specifically because it was advertised as waterproof. I also contacted the company by email and received written confirmation that the jacket was waterproof. Despite this, when I wore the rain jacket in the rain for the first time today, it clearly leaked water around the shoulder area and the clothing underneath became wet. I also documented the issue with photographs.

Experiencing this problem despite the product description and written confirmation stating that the jacket was waterproof has seriously damaged my confidence in the product and the brand, especially considering the money I paid for it. I believe the jacket does not meet its advertised waterproof performance.

For this reason, I request that the rain jacket be inspected as a defective product and that it either be replaced with a genuinely waterproof jacket or that I receive a full refund.
