Nautica Polo Shirts Faded After Only 2 to 3 Washes

I purchased two polo shirts from the Nautica store at İzmir Westpark on May 28, 2026. One was size XL and the other was size XXL. I bought the shirts because I liked them and trusted the brand, but within approximately two months, after only 2–3 washes, both shirts developed severe discoloration and became unwearable.
I had been waiting for a Nautica store to open in my area for a long time, so experiencing this problem with my very first purchase after the Westpark location opened was especially disappointing. Even though I shopped with confidence in the store and the brand, having my first experience turn out this way was extremely frustrating.
Because of this issue, I sent the shirts to the store for inspection around September 1, but the inspection result came back as a rejection. The store employee told me that there had been a general problem with the shirts this season, that they had received complaints from many customers about the same issue, and that the inspection team was not handling these cases properly. Despite this, the negative inspection result seriously damaged my trust in the brand. Even though I have a large circle of friends and acquaintances, after this experience I will not recommend Nautica to anyone I know.
I am not asking for a refund. I simply want replacement shirts for the two items I purchased and was barely able to wear. From a brand like Nautica, which positions itself as a quality brand, I expect my complaint to be resolved and a solution that reflects proper customer service to be provided.
