Nautica Did Not Send My Invoice for Weeks and Ignores My Requests for a Solution
I purchased products from Nautica on January 20, 2024, but today is February 14, and I still have not received my invoices. For the past week, I have contacted live support every day, and each time I receive the same response: “Your request has been received, and your urgency has been reported.” However, no solution has been provided. Providing an invoice for a commercial purchase is a legal requirement. However, since I have not received my invoices, I am unable to initiate the return process for products that are otherwise non-returnable. This situation restricts my consumer rights and causes unnecessary inconvenience. You can deliver the products on time, so why is it taking this long to send the invoices? If my invoices are not sent to me immediately, I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board and take legal action to protect my rights. It is unacceptable to wait for weeks for such a simple matter while being repeatedly ignored.
It is the 17th of the month, and they are still saying your request has been created and is pending. Last month's bill has still not been delivered.
