Xiaomi Store Fails to Deliver Invoice
I bought a device from a Xiaomi certified store back in February, but unfortunately, they didn't give me an invoice. They said it was an electronic invoice, but they still haven't uploaded it. I've been attempting to contact Xiaomi and N11 for the past two weeks, and despite their repeated request to "send an email," I have yet to receive any response. It's important to exercise caution when buying products, as you might encounter difficulties in getting help. I'm feeling really upset about this situation.
