N11 Sold Me a Stolen Redmi 13C and Then Suspended My Account
On August 16, 2024, I purchased a Redmi 13C device through N11. On February 3, 2025, I received a call from the police station, informing me that my phone was reported as stolen and that I needed to go to the station. When I presented the invoice available on the N11 system, I was told that it was invalid because it did not include the IMEI number. When I contacted N11 customer service, they assured me that this was a misunderstanding and that I would receive the correct invoice soon. However, during my next call, I was told that my order was shipped by a company named Pars and that they would provide me with the invoice, but I never received any response from them. Later, N11 customer service called me again and said that the return option would be activated, and I needed to send the product back. When I tried to log into my account, I received an error stating that my account had been temporarily suspended. Upon calling again, I was told that my account was closed due to a conflict with information from other accounts and that it would be reopened after an investigation. I do not know if they are trying to cover up the issue or just making excuses to avoid responsibility. It has been nearly a week, and neither have I received my invoice nor has my account been restored. The police keep calling me, saying they want to close the case, but I cannot access any documents because my account is locked. I demand immediate access to my account, or I will file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Authority and will not take this complaint down from here.
