Damaged and Incorrect Order from N11 – No Support from Customer Service


I placed an order on N11 for 2 bottles of pumpkin seed oil and 1 bottle of apricot kernel oil. However, the products were delivered damaged, with broken caps. N11's live support was not helpful at all. They asked me to return the damaged product and wait for a replacement. How can I trust the same seller to send the correct product after this experience, and why should I deal with the hassle of shipping? Instead of returning the product, I requested that they send me the missing bottle of pumpkin seed oil, but this request was also denied. In the end, they took my money and left me with a different product, causing me inconvenience. N11, as the intermediary, is not taking any responsibility, and I haven't received any response from the store.
