N11 Order Delay: 6 Weeks and No Response to Address Inquiry

I placed an order on N11 from abroad on July 3rd, and as of today, August 12th, it still has not arrived. It has been a very long time, and I sent three emails last week, and they asked me for my address. I responded six days ago, but I still haven't received anything. When I placed the order on July 20th, it estimated delivery for today, August 12th, but it still says there is no address or the address is incorrect. Before this order, I bought a liter of Listerine, and they delivered it in the same week. No one called me or sent a message about this order, and if they came to my house, why didn't they call me or send a message?

They haven't done anything so far, and they haven't refunded our money either. They just keep transferring us from one robot to another. I haven't even spoken to an officer yet. I think they have stolen from us.
