N11 Marked My Dishwashing Detergent as Delivered but I Never Received It

I bought a dishwashing detergent from N11 using their mobile app, but my experience has not been good at all. My product was stuck in transit for 15 days with no updates at all. I reached out to customer service several times, seeking a solution, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist me. To add to my frustration, the product shows as delivered, yet I have not received it and have been waiting for several days. It seems there’s a real absence of responsibility when issues arise, and the unclear communication only makes the situation more frustrating. A well-established site like N11 should definitely uphold its products and services, yet this experience has made me doubt its reliability.
