N11 Does Not Take My Return



N11 is not taking my return. I ordered 2 fire extinguishers which came in a box that was covered in tape. The fire extinguishers were both discharged and powder was everywhere. They were both showing that they needed charging. I contacted the owner, He said to deal with N11. On N11 there was nowhere to select 'return' for this product, I emailed [email protected] and contacted them by their customer service phone many times and was told there was nothing they could do because the product was not showing up yet ???? Really??? The product shows as "Completed" and the "evaluate this product" has been removed for this product. I keep getting delayed and told to wait. I ask for what, and no one tells me. This product was ordered a month ago. I received it in its sorry state about 2 weeks ago. No service. No 'easy returns' as advertised. Very frustrating and I will never order from n11 again. No wonder that 38% of customers give them 1 star.The lowest rating. I am still waiting for a return code even though they apparently marked it as 'urgent' 2x now. I feel ripped off. And in 2 days I am going away for a month. All this grief just to get a lousy return code.
