My N11 YF011 Car Phone Holder Order Not Shipped

On July 27, I ordered a YF011 car phone holder through the N11 app. The seller has not shipped the product, and I cannot reach them. N11's live support is unable to contact the seller, yet despite 12 days passing, the seller is still actively selling. Even though they did not send the product, the seller's rating is not affected.
N11's live support suggested canceling the order and providing a 75 TL coupon. However, I already used a 99 TL coupon, which they cannot refund. N11 is causing me distress and failing to resolve issues.
I request immediate assistance regarding this matter. Thank you.
