I bought a ticket for a flight from Dubai to Izmir and back. Regrettably, MyTrip altered both the date and the destination of my return flight. My initial flight on June 8th got changed to another date and redirected to Ankara. If I had intended to travel to Ankara, I would have made sure to purchase a ticket for that destination from the very beginning! I can't believe this! I would like to cancel my ticket. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to cancel my order and provide a refund. Whenever I reach out, they always seem to come up with a new explanation: they'll suggest calling a specific number, directing me to do it online, or advising me to send an email and patiently wait for a response. It feels like it's been forever! MyTrip turned out to be a disappointment. When you book directly with airlines, you have the flexibility to change or cancel your flights.
