MyIQ Complaint And Refund Request
I am writing regarding an issue with my Myiq.com monthly membership, which is registered under the email address drandyc***@gmail.com. Although I did not wish to renew my membership, a payment of 29.99 was withdrawn from my account today, 11/04/2026, as soon as I paid money into my account. I did not authorize this renewal and I find this situation extremely disturbing and intrusive. This is the first time such a withdrawal has occurred, and I had clearly not intended to continue the membership. I see this as an unauthorized transaction and a serious breach of my trust. So far, I have not yet contacted customer service or my bank, because I am first requesting a direct resolution from you. I request an immediate refund of the 29.99 taken from my account without my consent and the prompt termination of any ongoing or future renewals linked to my account. I also ask that you confirm in writing that my membership has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made.
