MyFitnessPal Charges For Barcode Reading and Complicates Access to Friends' Status
I've enjoyed Myfitnesspal for a long time, especially when it came to the free barcode reading. One big reason I stuck with the app was that it was easy to use and didn't cost anything extra. But now, they've chosen to charge for that feature. I'm not excited about having to pay more for the paid version if I want to access to friends' status. People like me who have been with them since the beginning feel like they're being ripped off. The most recent update has made things even worse by making the app even harder to use. It's really disappointing that they've either forced people to pay for services that used to be free and easy to use or made them harder to find. It's not the same app I signed up for at first, and I'm thinking about looking for something else.
