I purchased a Munckhin no-drip water bottle from Trendyol just a month ago, trusting the brand’s promise that it wouldn’t leak. However, it has already started leaking everywhere. Whatever I put inside spills out, and it drips from my baby’s hands and even leaks back from the drinking spout. This is frustrating and disappointing, especially after spending so much money. We bought it specifically because it was advertised as leak-proof, but it’s clearly not living up to that claim. I expect Munckhin and Trendyol to address this issue immediately, either by replacing the faulty product or refunding my money. Customers deserve reliable products and honest service.
