My New MSI Liquid Cooler Gurgles With Air From the Very First Use

July 6 8:37 PM

On 06/12/2026, I purchased an MSI MPG Coreliquid P13 360mm liquid cooler through Hepsiburada. From the very first moment I set up and started using the product, the cooler kept making a gurgling water and air noise, and I clearly noticed there was excessive air inside it. Since I believe this could lead to deterioration in the short term and potentially damage other components in the system, I consider this product to be defective.
Since the Hepsiburada page states that products past the 14-day return/exchange period need to be sent to an authorized service center, after using the product for about 6 days, I shipped it on 07/02/2026 to MSI's authorized service center, ServisPoint, with service ticket number 267p730Y, requesting a like-for-like exchange. I packaged the product with all box contents complete — including the screen protector film, the block and processor contact surface film, and even the fan hub films still intact — and shipped it as carefully as if it were brand new. Even though the product was only 20 days old and had been making this noise from the very first moment I started using it, I learned from the service record that ServisPoint stated "no problem found" and shipped the product back on 07/06/2026. The product hasn't reached me yet, but I don't accept the service center sending it back as if there's no problem, without taking any action.
The fact that this liquid cooler, which I bought brand new, makes noise due to air inside it clearly qualifies it as a defective product. In line with my request for a like-for-like exchange, I am requesting that the product be replaced with a new one, and that the problem I've experienced throughout this process be resolved.
