MSI Coreliquid 360r V2 Cooler Rgb Not Working Despite Correct Connections

Hello, last week I purchased an MSI x670e motherboard, an MSI MPG A1000G 1000W power supply, and an MSI CoreLiquid 360R V2 cooler. I connected all components correctly based on online guides: the pump was connected to the pump header, the fans were connected to the CPU fan header, and all components are working properly. I also connected the 3-pin RGB cables by daisy-chaining them and plugging them into the 3-pin RGB header on the upper-right corner of the motherboard. When that didn’t work, I tried the 3-pin header on the lower-right corner, but the RGB lights still won’t turn on. What do you recommend to fix this issue? How can you assist me? All products are under warranty, and I have the invoices. Thank you.
