Withdrawals Not Received From Mostbet

I won money on Mostbet and submitted four withdrawal requests. Out of these, I received the amounts for two withdrawals, but the other two did not reach my bank account. Each time I contacted their support team, they provided a new excuse. I shared all the necessary details with them and even sent my official bank statements repeatedly whenever they asked. Now, they are giving me a unique ID and asking me to check with my bank, which I did, but my bank confirmed that no such NEFT payments were made. Mostbet is now asking for a signed letter from my bank stating that the amount was received, which is absurd and clearly fraudulent, as it is not possible to issue such a letter for funds not received. I no longer trust this platform and have started sharing my experience with my wide network, which includes live streamers. This issue arose only because I won large amounts, revealing the platform's true nature.
