My withdrawal requests have been rejected continuously since June 19, 2025. I've opened a new request every single day, and the responses are an infuriating cycle of lies:
June 19, 2025: Live support said it was a temporary error and to try again. I did, but it was rejected the next day.
June 20, 2025: They told me to withdraw a smaller amount (₺5,000) instead of a large one, claiming it would be approved. I tried, but it was rejected again.
June 21, 2025: This time, they told me to try ₺2,000 and do sequential transactions. Rejected, yet again.
June 22, 2025: Despite previously stating there were no withdrawal limits, they now claimed my weekly limit was full and I had to wait until June 23rd (Monday). Guess what? Rejected again.
June 23, 2025 (12:00 PM): I explained I hadn't made a weekly withdrawal and demanded they check. They actually told me I was right and could withdraw.
June 23, 2025 (5:40 PM): I reconnected because it was rejected again. This time, they blamed a system error and said trying again would fix it.
June 23, 2025 (8:40 PM): My withdrawal was rejected again. I created another request to find out what was happening, and they told me to check back periodically.
June 23, 2025 (9:40 PM): I connected to ask about the request; they said it wasn't finalized and to try again shortly.
June 23, 2025 (10:59 PM): I tried to connect again, but after 1 hour and 42 minutes, no live support appeared, and the chat automatically closed.
