Mostbet Withdrawal Problem With JIBI E-Wallet

I have a withdrawal problem with my Mostbet account, and I am requesting that it be resolved urgently. On 11/01/2025, I made two withdrawal requests from my Mostbet account (ID: 230840444) to my JIBI e-wallet, in the amounts of 105 MAD and 210 MAD. In the system, both withdrawals appear as “paid out, but I have not received any of this money in my JIBI wallet. Despite the status showing as completed, no funds have reached me. I contacted Mostbet customer support about this issue, but they did not take the situation seriously, and my problem is still unresolved. I request that Mostbet immediately send the total amount of 315 MAD to my JIBI wallet, or clearly explain and correct whatever error has occurred, so that I can receive my money without any further delay.
