Mostbet Marked My ₺800 Withdrawal as Paid but Money Never Arrived

Today, I submitted a ₺800 withdrawal request via bank transfer on Mostbet. During the process, I was asked to provide my account history and some documents in PDF format, which I submitted immediately. After that, my account balance was reduced to zero and the system showed the withdrawal status as “paid.” However, the money has still not reached my Enpara bank account.

When I tried to contact Mostbet customer service, I only received automated replies such as “Your financial transaction has been recorded.” After that, communication became impossible, and I kept getting responses from what appeared to be bots rather than real support staff.

This was my first time playing on this site, and I never faced such issues with other platforms. For a standard withdrawal, it is unacceptable to be treated this way and left without access to my own money.

I demand that Mostbet transfer my ₺800 winnings immediately and resolve my complaint. I also expect the company to take proper measures to ensure that players are not left in this situation again.
