Mostbet Failed to Credit ₹1500 Deposit Despite Successful Paytm UPI Transaction

I have a Mostbet account with user ID 60299875, and on 07/12/2025, I deposited ₹1500 using Paytm to the UPI ID nuruoltrading1063*@iob from my UPI ID 998032086*@ptyes. The transaction UTR number is 39341323514*. Although the money was debited from my account, it has still not been credited to my Mostbet balance even after three days, and the service quality seems to be getting worse day by day. About 45 minutes after making the deposit, at around 1:27 PM on 07/12/2025, I contacted your customer support and submitted all required documents, including the payment screenshot, bank statement, and the UTR number. Despite providing all this proof, my deposit has still not been added to my gaming account, and I have not received any effective solution. I request that my ₹1500 deposit be immediately credited to my Mostbet gaming account linked to user ID 60299875, or that you urgently resolve whatever technical issue is blocking this deposit. I expect this to be handled quickly and transparently, as holding the money without crediting the balance is unacceptable and damages trust in your platform.
