Mostbet Deposit Missing After PhonePe Payment Confirmation

I made a deposit of 10,000 INR to my Mostbet account (username/email: oberoi.ta***[email protected]) on 9 June at around 7:00 pm using PhonePe through the iOS browser. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been reflected in the deposit section of my Mostbet account even after more than 30 hours. Approximately 30 minutes after making the deposit, around 7:45 pm on 9 June, I contacted Mostbet support and provided all necessary proof, including a screenshot showing the date, time, UTR, and transaction details. Despite this, the only response I keep receiving from support is to “please wait” without any clear explanation or concrete solution, even though more than 24 hours have already passed. I request that my 10,000 INR deposit be credited to my Mostbet account immediately and that I be given a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why the delay has been so long despite providing full payment proof.
