Mostbet UPI Deposit Not Credited

I am writing regarding an issue with a deposit I made to my Mostbet account that has not been credited to my gaming balance. On 30-03-2026, I deposited 30,000 INR via UPI to my Mostbet account with user ID 67217***. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank through UPI, but it has still not appeared in my Mostbet balance. I contacted Mostbet customer support about this issue, but instead of resolving it, they keep postponing the solution to “tomorrow” without giving a clear answer or a concrete timeline. This situation is causing me serious concern, as a large amount of money is stuck and I have no clarity on when it will be resolved. I have payment proof and supporting screenshots that clearly show the successful UPI transaction and the deduction of 30,000 INR from my account, but no corresponding credit in my Mostbet balance. I request that my 30,000 INR deposit be promptly located and credited to my Mostbet account, or alternatively, that the full amount be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
