Deposit Did Not Arrive (3Days Passed)

I am writing regarding a deposit issue with my Mostbet account (ID: 264905870). On 31st December at 11:16 PM, I made a deposit of PKR 1,800 through Easypaisa. The payment was sent to Till ID 441138761, registered as Bilal Mobile Shop. Before confirming the transaction, I carefully checked that all the details shown in the app were correct, and the transaction was completed successfully on Easypaisa’s side. Despite this, the deposit has still not been credited to my Mostbet account. The app states that deposits are usually processed within one hour, but more than 10 hours have now passed and the amount is still missing. Right after noticing that the balance was not updated, I contacted Mostbet customer support, but I was only advised to wait and told that the issue would be resolved, without any concrete solution or timeframe. I kindly request that my PKR 1,800 deposit be credited to my Mostbet account 264905870 as a priority and that this delay be investigated so that similar issues can be avoided in the future. I am waiting for your prompt response and resolution.
