Moovit Charged Me Without Consent After Free Trial, Refund Still Missing
I used Moovit’s 7-day free trial, but after it ended, the subscription fee was charged without my consent. Even after canceling, the refund hasn’t reached my account. To make matters worse, the app automatically deducted the fee as soon as funds were available in my account.
I contacted Apple Support, and they confirmed that the refund has been processed. However, it’s been some time, and I still haven’t received the money. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like poor service on Moovit’s part.
I expect the refund to be deposited into my account promptly. Charging users without their approval is unacceptable, and I urge Moovit to resolve this issue immediately.
