Moovit Charged Me for a 6-Month Subscription After Free Trial Offer

I signed up for Moovit under the promise of a free trial, only to find out today that they withdrew a 6-month subscription fee from my account without proper notice. I immediately canceled the subscription, but the charge had already been processed. I only intended to use the 1-week free trial, as clearly stated during the sign-up process.

Charging users under the guise of a free trial is misleading and unethical. This practice is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge. Moovit must stop tricking users into paying for services they didn’t intend to purchase. Please address this issue promptly and return my money without delay.
