Moovit Charged Me for a Full Year After Cancellation
I canceled my Moovit subscription, yet I am still being charged until 2026. The app promised a warning before the free trial ended, but I never received any notification. Instead, on the sixth day, it automatically locked me into a one-year subscription without my consent.
If I had to pay something, a one-month charge would have at least made sense—but forcing a 12-month payment is completely unfair. It feels like Moovit is deliberately making it difficult to cancel to trap users into long-term subscriptions.
I demand an immediate refund for the one-year charge. I did not agree to this, and I should not have to pay for a service I no longer want. Moovit, fix this now and return my money!
