I downloaded the Moovit app because it advertised a 7-day free trial. I intended to test the service, but I was shocked to see that ₺167 was charged to my phone bill without my knowledge. I received no notification or warning about the charge, and there was no agreement or contract to authorize this payment.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead users. I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge. Moovit must ensure that users are clearly informed of any potential costs upfront to avoid such issues. This experience has caused me frustration, and I expect the company to resolve this matter promptly.
