Moovit Charged Me $5 at 4 A.M. Before My Free Trial Ended

I downloaded the Moovit app from the App Store in Istanbul and signed up for the 1-week free trial. However, without any warning or notification, the 12-month subscription fee of $5 was charged to my bill at 4 a.m. I tried to cancel the subscription but wasn’t successful, and while I was considering trying again later, the payment had already been taken.

Being charged without any notification and before the trial period ended has caused me a real problem. I request a refund and the cancellation of my subscription.
