I recently discovered that a subscription was started through the Moovit app without my knowledge or consent. Since February, I have been seeing charges of approximately $9 annually and around $1 monthly, even though I never approved or signed up for this subscription.
The subscription appears to be linked to my phone, and since I just noticed it, I have not yet been able to contact Moovit directly.
I request that this unauthorized subscription be canceled immediately and that no further charges be made to my account under any circumstances.
